2 Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Connect Pe platform and all associated payment processing services
  • "User" means any individual or entity using our platform
  • "Account" refers to your registered user account on our platform
  • "Transaction" means any payment, recharge, or payout processed through our platform
  • "API" refers to the application programming interface provided for integration

3 Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required by applicable regulations
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Recharge Services: Mobile prepaid, postpaid, DTH, and data pack recharges
  • Bill Payment: Utility bill payment services
  • Payout Solutions: Instant and bulk fund disbursements
  • API Integration: Developer tools for payment integration

5 Transaction Processing

When you initiate a transaction:

  • You authorize us to process the payment on your behalf
  • Transactions are subject to verification and may be declined for security reasons
  • Processing times vary based on the service and banking channels used
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit balance
  • Failed transactions will be refunded according to our refund policy

Note: Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed except in cases of technical errors or as permitted by law.

6 Fees and Charges

Our fee structure includes:

  • Transaction fees as displayed at the time of processing
  • Service charges for premium features or expedited processing
  • Merchant fees for business accounts using our APIs
  • Applicable taxes and regulatory charges

Fees are subject to change with prior notice. Current fee schedules are available in your account dashboard.

7 Refunds and Disputes

Our refund policy:

  • Failed transactions are automatically refunded within 3-7 business days
  • Disputed transactions must be reported within 7 days of occurrence
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Valid refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Service fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part

8 User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Not engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Protect your account credentials and API keys
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately
  • Maintain accurate beneficiary information for payouts

10 Limitation of Liability

Connect Pe and Rafi Fintech shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Rafi Fintech. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
  • Use our trademarks without written permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Create derivative works based on our platform

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms and conditions
  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you remain liable for any pending transactions.

13 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.

14 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
